Sayonara Party

The Sayonara Party, as usual, will take place after the championships.

It will be held in the HQ Hotel, The Santarem Hotel, and it will include a buffet dinner with drinks.

The food and service will be organized and served by the hotel.

Previous registration for the Sayonara Party will have to be done until the day, so that the Hotel can prepare everything.

The price will be 25€ for person, with food and drinks (Wine, Bear, Water, Soft drinks) included.
The dinner will include Soup and diverse starters, a Fish course and a meat course as well as desert.

Other drinks will have to be requested, and payed for, as extra in the hotel Bar, they are not included in the Sayonara Party price.

We request that all committees send information to the organization about the number of people they will have attending the dinner.
